ubi kayu!

        Last week my family went to visit our uncle who stayed in Pontian. When we were there, we`d stayed at his 'kebun' for a few hours . Before we went home he had gave us ubi kayu.So so many of ubi kayu. That`s why in this two weeks our high tea was totally made from 'ubi kayu'.Not just high tea actually but same goes to our breakfast. Ubi goreng cicah dengan gula and also ubi rebus with sambal tumis.Owshh! Must be our stomach full of kanji! Instead of just making ubi goreng and ubi rebus, i`ve been looking for recipe to make kek ubi kayu.The recipe that i found was so simple like ABC! ^^. So, here we go for the recipe =)


  • 1½ cawan (375g) Mentega
  • 1½ cawan Gula Halus
  • 5 biji Telur
  • 1½ cawan Tepung
  • ½ tin Susu manis
  • 1 sudu makan Baking Powder
  • 3 cawan Ubikayu (sagat & tapis)
  • 1 sudu makan Vanilla
Cara-cara :

1. Pukul Mentega & Gula sehingga kembang. Masukkan Telur satu-persatu sambil di pukul. Masukkan   
    Tepung, Susu pekat, Baking Powder sambil di pukul. Masukkan Ubikayu & akhir sekali Vanilla. Sedikit 
    pewarna kuning jika suka.Warna-warni pun boleh juga actually.Depends.

2. Bakar 175 Celcius, selama 45-50 minit sehingga masak.

Simple je kan.Just need a few minutes to make this cake. This recipe i took from my resepi and credit to this website. Actually, saya ade tambah kacang hazel kisar dalam cake. If u guys want to put something else like kismis or badam also can. =)
